VLAD+ LLC was established in 1998. by former employees of NPO "Saturn" (Kyiv), who participated in the development, development and production of telecommunications equipment. Among them is the solid-state TV transmitter "Expansion", the team of developers of which was awarded the prize of the Lenin Komsomol in the field of science and technology in 1989. In total, more than 500 TV transmitters of this type were produced, which worked (and some continue to work) in the TV broadcasting network of a number of countries of the former USSR (Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan) and foreign countries (Romania, Iran, and others).

Taking into account the accumulated experience, at the first stage of operation of LLC "VLAD+" focused on telecommunications, acting as an official representative of the well-known Italian companies ABE and Elenos. At the same time, the company engaged in sales, commissioning, as well as warranty and post-warranty maintenance and repair of TV and FM transmitters of the above-mentioned manufacturers. A separate production area

was created for equipment repair

In 2000, LLC "VLAD+" based on the technologies of AB Elektronik GmbH and AB Elektronik Sachsen GmbH (Germany) started production of a number of electromechanical sensors and cable harnesses for cars of well-known global brands (Mercedes , BMW, Volkswagen, Skoda, Scania) ) of leading automobile companies in Germany and some other countries. As part of this cooperation, a department of foreign economic activity was created with a group of brokers, which later became the basis for the development of additional areas of the company's activity.

Since 2004, the cooperation of "VLAD+" LLC with the main operators of the mobile and CDMA market of Ukraine began in the framework of the supply of imported equipment for the construction, expansion and modernization of the base stations of these operators' networks. For the needs of communication operators, a "hot warehouse" of the main telecommunications equipment was organized, which ensured the possibility of its delivery in the shortest possible time to any part of Ukraine.

Consistent work on the implementation and improvement of the quality management system at "VLAD+" LLC was awarded the ICO 9001 certificate of conformity in 2006, with further confirmation of the certificate in 2015.

Since 2005, after the transfer of the company's production sites to the city of Talne, work has been started on increasing production areas and mastering new technological processes. Thus, in 2009, 1,300 square meters of new production space was introduced, including the creation of an area for molding plastic products on thermoplastic machines of the Arburg company (Germany). In 2012-2018, we manufactured a number of plastic parts at this site for one of the major contractors of German automotive companies – KOSTAL (Germany, Ukraine).

In 2011, our company participated in the supply of equipment for the creation of a digital television network in Ukraine (DVB-T2) as part of the Zeonbud project.

Since 2012, LLC "VLAD+" has been representing EUPEN (Belgium) equipment on the Ukrainian mobile communications market - a manufacturer of passive components of telecommunications equipment of the feeder path.

In 2017-2019, by order of the OSHINI company (Estonia), we manufactured and supplied LED electric lamps for air and ground transport.

Since 2019, LLC "VLAD+" has been cooperating with the Israeli company ElectReon in the framework of the implementation of innovative technology for wireless charging of electric and hybrid vehicles. This technology allows electric vehicles (electric buses, electric taxis, electric trucks, etc.) to charge batteries and power engines, both while driving and in parking lots without the need for a physical (cable) connection to the power grid. The ElectReon technology involves the installation of induction charging cables directly under the road surface and allows the construction of so-called electric road systems (ERS). The ultimate goal of this technology is to reduce the consumption and dependence of humanity on oil products, as well as to accelerate the transition to environmentally friendly types of energy. This technology reduces the need for large batteries in electric vehicles and major infrastructure changes to support charging devices, while fleets and logistics companies gain the opportunity to improve their performance and reduce costs when switching to electric vehicles. Our responsibility in this project is the cable assemblies to connect the control cabinets to the chargers located in the carriageway. As of the end of 2021, the ElectReon company, with our participation, successfully implemented pilot projects on this technology in Israel, Sweden, Germany and Italy.

We are currently for our partners:

• we manufacture and supply about 30 types of sensors and other equipment for cars;

• we manufacture and supply hundreds of sets of cable assemblies for the construction of wireless charging stations
